We are looking to expand our management teams across our Buckinghamshire Learning Disability services and have an exciting opportunity for a Scheme Manager in Aylesbury.
Do you have experience at delivering consistently high quality health or social care to adults with a learning disability?
Can you lead by example, motivate and inspire others?
Are you good with people and a great communicator who is able to adapt their approach to a range of individuals?
