If you would like to be the leader of these teams, we are looking for an inspirational manager to continue the great work in our supported living homes across Finchley and Barnet area. We support people to live in and be a part of their community, supporting happy and positive lives.
You will be leading teams to provide excellent, person centred support to people with a learning disability or autism living in their own homes, enabling them to lead their lives in ways that make sense to them.
You will join a team of CQC Registered Managers sharing a Good CQC rated domiciliary care registration, working as a team to support each other in achieving excellence across the registered locations.

You will need to demonstrate the following:
- Knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations
- Experience of managing a team, setting objectives and ensuring goals are met
- Experience in delivering outcomes in line with care and support contracts
- Experience in supporting people with a learning disability and/or autism
- Completed, or be willing to undertake, a relevant Management Development training/professional qualification.
- Experience of day-to-day budget responsibility, ensuring the maintenance of administration and finance procedures.
- Experience of day-to-day management of support team(s) (recruitment, shift planning, managing attendance, people management, health, and safety etc.)
