We are looking to recruit a Residential Care home manager who is committed to high standards of care and support and can provide leadership for an 11-bedded home. Alongside managing a staff team of support workers and providing a quality service and safe environment for our service users who have mental health concerns. The candidate will have management experience in a healthcare-related role.

The successful candidate will be directly accountable to CQC and must have a working knowledge of the law and regulations associated with the Registered Manager position.

Driving license is an advantage but not required

Qualifications and requirements of the Role:

Good general education
QCF level 4 RMA as a minimum
As a minimum 2 years previous experience in Health & Social Care preferable with Learning disability experience.
Working towards Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care QCF
Completed Level 5 QCF
