Augusta Care has been providing supported living care services for over 25 years and is now looking for an enthusiastic Registered Service Manager to join it's fast paced supported living care management team at their Peterborough head office.

Working with your Team Leader, you will be accountable for the day-to-day management of your services, reporting to the Group Operations Manager. As a Registered Service Manager you will be responsible for the safe and effective running of your allocated services ensuring service users are supported in a person centred way, achieving the outcomes of their assessed support plans and promoting independence at all times. You will also manage your staff team to work effectively, safely and in-line with the company's policies and procedures.

This role requires you to be a Registered Manager with CQC, so experience of the registration process is an advantage but not essential.

Applicants will require:

a minimum of 5 years previous experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour in a senior role.
a level 5 NVQ/QCF in care or level 4 RMA, or be working towards.
a full UK driving license with access to their own vehicle.
a good level of IT knowledge, use of digital care management systems and rosters as well as MS Office.
a flexible approach to work hours, typical office hours usually apply but you will need to be flexible for service user events, on-call etc.
