About the Role

The Service Progression and Sustainability Team supports Social Care and Targeted Early Help Services in the sustainability of new ways of working, therefore, the person we are looking for will be incredibly flexible, adaptable and a strong communicator. You will support teams with the collation of data for Improvement Cycle Meetings. You will also attend these meetings, providing training when necessary and support colleagues as they make data-informed decisions.

A thirst for continuing professional and personal development is crucial to this role to ensure that skills and knowledge are maintained and updated as you inspire, generate enthusiasm, and share good practice. This will support your ability to help develop and present training materials.

About You

  • Have recognised Academic Qualifications e.g. 'GCSE', 'A' Levels, Vocational Quals, Professional/Further Education Quals in a relevant area, or substantial demonstrable experience as identified in the following points.

  • Have a good understanding of performance management, continuous improvement, quality assurance and service improvement tools.

  • Be a strong communicator who inspires, generates enthusiasm, and shares good practice with colleagues at all levels. Form and maintain constructive working relationships where your credibility enables you to support change processes.

  • Be able to use information technology applications to a high standard i.e Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and be able to quickly learn how to use Tableau, Power BI, and Mosaic.

  • Be able to prioritise effectively a wide range of competing demands to meet deadlines whilst still ensuring accuracy of work, respond flexibly to changing requirements, and work under minimal supervision.

  • Apply the principles of equal opportunities in service provision, promoting anti-discriminatory practice
