Interim Social Work Practice Development Manager

Pay Rate: £25.13 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 37 Monday – Friday, normal working hours
Role Length: This opening assignment is for 6 months

A focused project role, you will report to the Strategy service manager, but lead the operational management team in B-SAFE.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the B-SAFE team operationally, ensuring statutory and specialist practice is of a high standard consistently, including recording on the MOSAIC system. Working with a small team of peer managers from across police, youth justice and social care they will provide/model high quality case supervision, and potentially clinical/reflective supervision to groups and individuals.
Lead on delivery of key functions including MACE, Strategy and complex strategy management and other partnership functions
Provide key contributions and lead on task completion linked to the development of the B-SAFE model
Drive audit and evaluation of practice
Qualifications:
A recognised social work qualification and registered with SWE
Experience:
Significant post qualification experience
Experience of supporting and supervising staff
Skills & Abilities:
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite, Adobe Pro).
