Work collaboratively with the HR Shared Services Admin Manager and HR Business Partner Processes & Projects to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across all aspects of the HR function to deliver HR Excellence.
Skills and Qualifications required for the role.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, conscientious, proactive, with the ability to work with integrity. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a busy HR Department in a similar role and a minimum of CIPD level 5 or equivalent. An understanding of HR processes and an up-to-date, working knowledge of current UK employment law is also required. Experience of providing HR advice within the care sector is desired and experience in operating in a regional role is desired but not essential.
You must have a car available for business use and be prepared to stay away overnight on occasion.
