We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to lead growing supported living services in Staffordshire, Walsall, and Stoke-on-Trent.


About the Role: As our Registered Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviours. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Strategic Leadership: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our services, ensuring they align with our commitment to excellence.

  • Team Empowerment: Inspiring and developing a team of dedicated support staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

  • Person-Centred Care: Creating personalised care plans that empower individuals to live fulfilling lives within their communities.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety, ensuring adherence to CQC regulations.

  • Relationship Building: Collaborating with service users, families, and external agencies to build strong partnerships.

  • Financial Management: Effectively managing budgets and resources to optimise service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

  • Full UK Driving License: Essential for visiting services across multiple locations.
