ABI Clinical Lead (Psychologist in Neuropsychology)
Location: Hybrid
Reports To: Head of Quality and Clinical Assurance
Full-Time Permanent Position

As the Clinical Lead, you’ll drive clinical quality, support operational teams, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes for the people we support. Your expertise will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical Oversight: Ensure care delivery aligns with NICE guidelines, regulatory standards, and best practices.
- Team Leadership: Guide and develop a team of nurses and therapists to deliver outstanding clinical support.
- Quality & Compliance: Monitor service performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operational leaders to integrate clinical excellence into service delivery.
- Innovation: Develop and deliver training, policies, and therapeutic programmes to advance care quality.

What We’re Looking For

- A recognised healthcare qualification (e.g.Psychologist in Neuropsychology, Nursing) and registration with a relevant professional body.
- Experience in clinical leadership within ABI or complex care settings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and ethical approach to leadership, committed to continuous professional development.
