About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will:
Provide one-to-one and group support to individuals with various needs

Help with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and housekeeping
Support individuals in accessing the community and engaging in activities
Work with families and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care

What You Need to Apply:
Minimum 6 months of experience in a care or support role
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care

The right to work in the UK
A valid DBS check
Driving license
